01Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CTM (Central Trade Market), a freight, transport and warehouse marketplace operating across Uzbekistan and the CIS. By creating an account, posting a listing, or revealing a contact, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using CTM on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

02Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use CTM. Accounts are secured with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone; you are responsible for keeping access to that number and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate company and contact information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

03Using the marketplace

CTM connects shippers, carriers, and warehouse owners. We provide the platform and verification signals; we are not a party to the transport contracts you enter into with other users, and we do not act as a freight broker or carrier.

You are responsible for verifying the suitability, licensing, and insurance of any counterparty before agreeing to move or store cargo.

04Tokens, payments and subscriptions

Revealing a counterparty’s contact details may consume one token. Tokens and subscriptions are sold as access to the platform’s contact features and are described at the point of purchase. A revealed contact remains accessible to you without an additional token for a limited period as shown in the interface.

Except where required by law, purchased tokens and subscription fees are non-refundable once the corresponding contact has been revealed or the subscription period has begun.

05Listings and content

You retain ownership of the listings and content you publish, and you grant CTM a licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

You must not post content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

06Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, including: scraping or harvesting contact data, posting fraudulent or duplicate listings, attempting to bypass the token system, impersonating others, or interfering with the security or operation of the service.

07Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CTM is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that a listing will result in a transaction, or that any counterparty will perform as agreed. Verification badges are trust signals, not guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from dealings with other users.

08Termination

You may stop using CTM at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with the law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

09Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
